Scott B. Bomar

Scott served as a Bakersfield consultant and contributed images from his personal photo collection to Florentine Films for use in Ken Burns' Country Music documentary that began airing on PBS in 2019.

Scott served as an Associate Producer and on-screen commentator for the film Billy Mize & The Bakersfield Sound, directed by William J. Saunders. Chronicling the life and career of the West Coast country legend, the film garnered positive attention from The New York Times and the Hollywood Reporter upon its 2014 release.


Scott appears on a local NBC affiliate station in Mobile, Alabama while promoting Southbound in 2014.
